Supplements For Performance
The most important thing to have when playing any sort of sport is skill, but to have skill you have to have a fit body to play with for that particular sport. It is very hard to provide your
body with so many different nutrients throughout the day. Come'on how many people do you know actually get their daily intakes of all their vitamins and minerals? Seriously, i don't think I know one person that does. Well thank god for supplements that provide these nutrients for us! Specific nutrients and the daily intakes of these are required to play a good game. In this case, the game is abviously baseball. What youu'll need are multivitamins, glutamine, vitamin b, creatine monohydrate, BCAA, whey protein, caffeine, vitamin c, flax seed and Glucosamine Sulfate. Obviously there are many more things to do to improve your body, but nutrience is the BEST thing to do. Go to baseball supplements for info and top sellers of each product.
What do you want to learn?
If people would like to learn more things about baseball let me know through comments and I will do whatever I can to find info and post what you want to know about. Im here to help YOU!!

Equipment I use during the season

I use my Franklin, RTP series glove. I absolutely love my glove and the condition it is in now. I got it at a Play It Again Sports store in Portland, Me for like $60. And i tell u what, I DONT REGRET IT!!! It broke in so easily for me and ive owned it since 7th grade, its very durable!!!!!!! The only thing with it was that it broke in so good that when i started to use it in 9th grade that it would flap over when the baseball smacked against it, then one day i left it outside by accident and it rained that night also. This made my glove stiffer and it's been the same ever since. SWEET..huh! I think I might have to get another golve for backup soon. I need to know some recommendations...any know what I could get?
I use a bat similar to the Nike Torque. Its the Nike Turbine (33"). It has a feature on the end on the bat that makes it cut through the air better. It uses a shape like a golfball and it actually helps. It rose my average last year to over .400, which is the best I have ever done. Well Im actually just that nasty..haha jk, im alright though. It was only $130..it was a super deal at Olympia Sports in Maine also.

Great Rotar Cuff Workout!!
This program is called the 5 lb. Workout. You are only to use 5lb. dumbbells and that's it. The point to this workout is condition and strengthen the muscles of and around the rotar cuff. It is to target the smaller muscles. At no point are you EVER to go more than 5lb 's no matter what! Give it time and you'll notice the change in arm development. It WILL work! This is all credited to Steven Ellis at www.thecompletepitcher.com . He is the founder of the site. There he will show you many articles on everything about being a pitcher, including baseball grips and other workout programs. And a very popular product of his call the Tuff Cuff Program, check it out.

Red Sox Recents...

Soon after sealing the deal with Jd Drew there were reports saying that Todd Helton (right) is interested in coming to Boston through trades. This would be an awesome pickup for the Sox!! He would be able to become the all-time first baseman and it would send Youkilis to third base meaning there is a major chance that there would be no reason to keep Lowell around (explained later). Helton will be a huge improvement to the team however there's going to be some sort of sacrifice in getting him. It seems at this point that it will be either reliever Craig Hansen or Manny Delcarmen, which in my opinion is not that bad. I honestly think that Manny is not that good and should've been somewhere else last
year and that Craig has good speed just not good control which doesn't help at all. Back to Lowell, he did have a decent year last year but he just isn't up to Red Sox expectations. He is coming to end soon and the Red Sox need more work to get to the playoffs this year! Lowell could somehow become a valuable trade for someone who is valuable in later innings to pitch such as Scott Linebrink(left), who is on the Padres. He keeps getting better as his career continues, so I'd say that I wouldn't mind him.
